She currently leads the national wellbeing initiative The Anxiety Project, while also providing business and communications consulting services. Her career spans strategic communications: leading Australia-wide communication teams, event management, and large-scale change program implementation across government, universities, and infrastructure projects.

Hayley also provides design consulting services, with a deep understanding of people, systems, and storytelling, Hayley’s work moves seamlessly between national impact and beautifully considered design.
